Hotondo Home Builder ( Hotondo.com.au )
Overview:
Hotondo Homes is Australia’s largest National Network of local builders. Founded by Kevin Renwick, a renowned country builder who established his business in 1953, the franchise flourished by successfully meeting the growing demands of home buyers across Australia.
The main objective was to allow a broad range of users to easily find and view required information in a user friendly and intuitive environment. While offering improved functionality and usability, the new website needed to support a refined online brand..

Site Re-Design :
The main objective was to allow users to view any of Hotondo's new homes or and related information including display homes, home plans, facades and other options in just one click. The Hotondo web site also required multiple access points to accommodate the various ways in which visitors interface with the site.
Search Engine Optimisation :
The website optimisation work undertaken by Search Rankings produced immediate and very positive results. After only being live for short time, the Hotondo web site was already ranked very highly for its principal keywords in the major search engines. The Hotondo website was showing approximately 30 listings on the first 3 pages and over 10 listings on Page 1 of Google, Yahoo, and Ninemsn for competitive keywords and key phrases. As of April 2007 Hotondo Homes has been ranking #1 under Google for the phrase "home builder".
Results:
The result is a completely re-designed website that delivers a more advanced and comprehensive solution. The website dynamically delivers centrally managed information while maintaining a search engine friendly and visitor friendly structure. Visitors can view Hotondo's new homes and related information including display homes, home plans, builder details and locations with ease.
The Hotondo website conforms to strict usability and accessibility guidelines; the interface skilfully maintains consistency with Hotondo's brand, reflecting the organisation's professionalism and the quality of their services.
